The Inviolable Path for Development of Human Beings

Summary
This Podcast outlines a three-stage evolutionary framework for human growth consisting of Imitation, Understanding, and Conscious Utilization. While humanity has successfully applied these phases to material and technical fields like agriculture, the author argues that our spiritual maturity has stalled at an adolescent level. This stagnation is characterized by a rejection of the Golden Rule, leading to global crises and social instability. To remedy this, the source points toward the Grail Message by Abdrushin, which explains how the Laws of Creation—specifically the laws of homogeneity, gravity, and reciprocal action—dictate human destiny. Ultimately, the text asserts that true progress requires a voluntary commitment to spiritual principles rather than a reliance on intellect or material gain alone. |
Any parent, or astute observer of life will agree that all human beings follow a progressive development path, which can be classified into three periods. Imitation, Understanding and Utilization.
The Imitation Period.
During the imitation period, (i.e. years 2 to about 14) we copy or follow advice, or rules, which may be stated as do’s, or as don’ts. In this period most people are happy to follow the advice or rules that they are given. They do so out of love and respect for the adviser, or because they simply do as they are told.
The Period of Understanding.
In the adolescent years, (14years to 22 years), following the rules suddenly no longer satisfies the now awakening consciousness. Many want some understanding of what they had hitherto simply accepted. Some, recognizing that they do not know, will seek for knowledgeable ones in other to learn from them. Others will decide to rely on their own thinking, and may decide to drop the rules and advice that they had followed, without giving further thought to their purpose or benefit. Yet, others, by nature, are more compliant, and may not question what they have learned, taking it as infallible. However, this unquestioning temperament may bear evidence of an unhealthy development, even though pleasing to the authorities.
The Period of Conscious Utilization of the forces of Life.
By the time a person reaches full-blown adulthood (i.e. 24 years and above), it is expected that, after struggling, and overcoming the adolescent years of trying to make sense of the rules and ways of the world, they should now begin to understand and learn how to guide the mechanism “behind the ways of the world”. In other words, they should be ready to gradually learn to familiarize themselves with the principles that guide all that operates around us, both physical and unseen. These principles can also be called the Laws of Creation
Through a proper working-grasp of these principles, one can slowly learn to harness the laws to facilitate life on earth. That is, in the sense of making processes less difficult, and more organized. But more important, in the sense of paving the way for progressive steering of physical and Spiritual growth in the direction of general upbuilding. This should lead to inner personal growth. (i.e. Spiritual maturity), as well as the advancement of society towards overall Spiritual enlightenment.
So, how has mankind performed thus far?
Perhaps the table below can give a quick overview-answer to this question.
Stage of Development
| In Material Development (Using Agriculture as yardstick)
| In Spiritual Development (Using familiarity and adherence to the Golden rules as yardstick)
|
Imitation (i.e. learning from Nature or following advise) | Successfully observed and followed advice of nature spirits in learning to plant seeds in the ground for growing food as needed.
| Successfully included advice to abide by the golden rules as received from higher spiritual sources |
Understanding (i.e. learning to understand reasons and principles behind the advice followed in phase one | Through awakened curiosity. Learned about the effect of the soil types and quality, on crop yields, as well as the effects of the other forces of nature, like, wind, water, heat. These “discoveries” led to improvements in their agricultural techniques. | Awakening consciousness led to questioning the unquestioned golden rules. The majority in most societies followed their leaders in adopting the trait of teenagers who for lack of understanding of their real value, drop adherence to the golden rules, to follow their own thinking. The result is the steadily increasing crises in societies that have abandoned the rules that once restrained the emotional impulses that these rules were intended to control, and thus minimize social strife. Strife is not conducive to the calm spiritual environment required for the development of inner awareness through exercise of the Spirit’s intuition.
|
Conscious Utilization (i.e., Through a proper working-grasp of the operating principles of life, one can slowly learn to harness the laws to facilitate life on earth. | After becoming familiar with the reasons, as well as the underlying principles at work, agriculture advanced to experimenting with, and harnessing the forces of nature, through plant genetic engineering and climate control systems, that facilitate agriculture, in otherwise , naturally inhospitable terrains or climates.
| No society has yet spiritually matured to the stage of factoring the working principles of Creation into their laws, administration or social processes. Neither does a working knowledge of this exist in religious institutions or societies led by clerics. |
This table clearly shows that, Intellectual development, has progressed along its own three phases of development. But, spiritually speaking, humanity on Earth is like teenagers who have abandoned the safeguarding rules that once restrained the emotional impulses of the child. The omission of the golden rules from our lives has also had its effect on the quality of our technological achievements. The numerous ethical, health, and environmental crises associated with these “successes”, show that they have not been pursued in the sense of paving the way of progressive steering of physical and Spiritual growth, in the direction of general upbuilding.
So, the question is, do we accept that we do not know, and seek to learn from knowledgeable ones? Or will we continue to rely on our own thinking, ignoring the rules and advice that we once followed. Or will we simply continue “obeying” without giving further thought to their purpose or benefit.
Since most societies have, more or less, successfully progressed beyond the Imitative Period, in their Spiritual development, it is reasonable for those who are seeking a lasting solution for themselves or for society at large, to understand how the lack of understanding of the golden rules and the activities of the laws of creation, weave our fate and destiny.
The missing link and Way Forward
The book titled “In The Light of Truth”, (The Grail Message) by Abdrushin, offers a comprehensive, Spiritual-education-based pathway out of our current quagmire, to lead us forward.
The book describes how the laws of creation mesh with every aspect of man’s being and actions, and how this meshing trigger the activities of laws. Ultimately, the combination of our actions, and the activity of the laws, weave our individual and group fate, and destiny.
To elaborate, every activity of man (i.e., desires, thoughts, words, actions and emotions) generates waves of spiritual energy that infuse our ethereal environment.
Three fundamental laws of Creation are then triggered into action by these waves. And their outcomes invariably weave our individual and group fates and destinies. The laws are:,
1) The Law of homogeneity and Intensification. – This is responsible for aggregating and intensifying the spiritual energy issuing from us. Anyone who harbors a similar trait is automatically connected with the corresponding power centers. Where the person is only weakly inclined, their weak trait can become suddenly energized. Similar to how a bundle of lighted kindle wood, can grow into a conflagration that can leap across, to start a fire, if the surrounding conditions are right. This law works the same for a noble or an ignoble activity.
2) The Law of Gravity. – Negative energy, by its nature, is heavy and dense. Positive energy, by contrast, is light and buoyant.
A dense environment makes it difficult to sustain noble emotions, but ignoble and heavy emotions are fostered by it. This explains the downward spiral into more negative activities and corresponding energies, in a dense physical and ethereal environment. A dense environment also makes it more difficult for noble sentiments or inspirations to penetrate from higher and lighter spheres of creation. Or to establish connections with nature beings that could otherwise assist. A light environment produces the opposite effects.
3)The Law of Reciprocal Action. – All who contribute to the negative energies invariably experience the effect of the spiritual seeds that they sowed. Their negative emotions tie them to the ethereal regions on which the heavy vibrations of the seeds reign. Through this tie, they inevitably become the target of the corresponding forces emanating from these regions. This can manifest in physical attacks similar to that which they had sown. In addition, depending on the strength of the tie, the constant bombardment of negative energies from the accumulation center, eventually affects their inner composure. Leading to what onlookers will describe as paranoia.
The exact opposite will be experienced from noble activities that produce positive light energy streams.
In such cases, those who are connected to the correspondingly light power centers experience a feeling of joyfulness that may be inexplicable to onlookers.
Conclusion
From this explanation, one can see how, only proper knowledge of the activity of the laws can allow us to see the value of the restraints suggested by the golden rules. With this knowledge, one can then gladly accept to continue to abide by the golden rules, because the awakening consciousness demands that the choice must be made by the individual. Also, one can now see that the longed-for utopia by many, is not unrealistic, or naïve. It will simply be the result in a society that has grown through the second stage of its spiritual development, and emerged with a voluntary adherence to the golden rules, which in their essence is to promote a happy and light physical, and ethereal environment. Only our ignorance, or stubbornness (in ignoring the golden rules) is standing in the way.
Closing words
Clearly, the state of the world today shows that the majority have not accepted, or understood the true essence of the golden rules.
Without this foundation, it is premature to even seek any individual or society that has successfully completed the second stage of man’s spiritual development on Earth.
True progressive development can only occur when Spiritual consciousness takes the lead in our continuing development. This cannot be attained with material development that is pursued independent of individual Spiritual development. Or, worse, with development led by the intellect, as has been the case in the centuries since mankind entered into its second phase of development.
