The Annual Renewal of Power

In the Northern Hemisphere, the month of May is seen by many as the time when nature fully awakens from the dreary winter days of hibernation and a state of stunted growth/activity. However, while nature in the Northern Hemisphere is re-awakening, the Southern Hemisphere is entering into its period of hibernation and stunted growth/activity; a closing of the cycle rather than the renewal or beginning of a new one. Less drastic and opposite changes are also occurring at this time in latitudes closer to the Earth’s equator. These differences justifiably bring into question the notion of a universal and simultaneous reawakening of nature that many associate with Spring.
From “The Grail Message”, written by Abdrushin, we know today that the sensing of a universal renewal of power is indeed correct. However, this universal renewal is not tied to the shifting of the axis of the earth towards or away from our Sun, which causes the seasons that we experience on Earth.
Unfortunately, the widely accepted association of this event with the change of season from Winter to Spring narrows the significance of this Universal Annual Renewal of Power among Earthmen. This is evidenced by the fact that most cultures celebrating the rites of Spring think of it only as an awakening of nature to pour forth its abundance of life sustaining food and beauty for the benefit of all creatures especially humans.
Based on the knowledge given to mankind in “The Grail Message”, we learn that Spring, or a new planting season, though of great importance in the cycle of production on earth, is only symbolic of a much greater phenomenon in which the universe itself goes through a wider and longer cycle of Energy-infusion, Consumption of this energy for formation and production, and eventual Disintegration, to be followed again by another round of the cycle. This greater cycle was consistent during the Ice-ages and dry spells experienced by Earth - periods when one could not identify a Spring season. Thus, Spring and the seasons on Earth are merely by-products of this more comprehensive phenomenon.
Today, science acknowledges that everything in the universe is encompassed in a process of Energy Infusion->Formation->Utilization->Production->Disintegration->Extinction, to be followed by repeated cycles starting with infusion of power.
This concept of infusion implies the preexistence of a force that kick-starts the process. Here too, science is finally acknowledging that the well-ordered universe we see and live in could not have come into existence without some guiding force or principle. Thus, this Primordial power must be external to the universe, or any creature in the universe, including man.
We know that man and all other creatures have a limited life span. This proves that our innate energy supply is neither inexhaustible nor self-generating - both of which would be necessary for an infinite life span. Science also suggests that even cosmic entities like galaxies, stars, and planets have a limited life span measured in billions of earth years. Thus, all created entities must eventually disintegrate after they have consumed their initial endowment of energy, unless they are re-infused with more “generating energy” to revitalize them and keep them from decaying and disintegrating.
Abdrushin tells us in “The Grail Message” that this renewing energy is continually infused into the universe by the highest Intelligence that maintains and guides this process. Without this re-infusion of energy, the universe, and all that exists in it, would gradually decay and disintegrate. But this universal cycle is not tied to any Earthly seasonality. It pursues its own cycle which is set and determined by the immutable Spiritual Laws of Creation.
We are also told that the earthly occurrence of this event happens in the fifth month of the Gregorian calendar, i.e., May. Thus, perhaps the association of May with the renewal of Life is an unconscious intuitive sensing of this phenomenon, or simply the continuation of traditions whose origins and meaning have been long forgotten.
Examples of such celebrations that occur in or around May are:
the Christian Pentecost or the Outpouring of the Power of the Holy Spirit on the disciples of Jesus that occurred 50 days after Passover usually falls in the month of May.
Hinduism’s Akshaya Tritiya – Auspicious day for beginnings, often celebrated in late April or May.
Buddhism’s Vesak celebrating birth enlightenment and death – often falls in May.
As mentioned earlier, the cycle described here surpasses the very limited life cycle of the inhabitants in the universe, i.e., the plants, animals, and humans on Earth, for example. The short existence of these entities (i.e., their cycle of formation/birth to death/disintegration) is limited by the initial energy endowed to their cloaks - meaning the bodies or outer cloaks of plants, animals, and humans.
However, these entities also possess an inner core (Spirit, soul, or essence) whose life span exceeds that of their outer cloaks. At earthly death the outer cloak is discarded and the separated inner core now continues to exist in another dimension within the greater universe[1]. These other dimensions are counterparts to the visible material universes. Even science has begun to accept the notion of a shadow or parallel universe which is invisible to the human eye, even with the benefit of aiding instruments.
Yet, even these non-visible counterparts, as a part of creation, are also subject to their own cycle of birth and disintegration.
The significance of this knowledge for the living entities in creation, including human beings, is that they too will undergo disintegration/Spiritual death[2] if they are unable to separate themselves from the part of the universe they are inhabiting, when it must undergo its natural process of disintegration. This is regardless of whether it is the visible material universe or any of its invisible counterparts.
However, “The Grail Message” also tells us that man, and all living creatures, are granted the possibility, with increasing maturity of their inner core, of rising into even higher realms of Creation that are much closer to the source of the creating energy. Here, the proximity to the Primordial revitalizing energy makes it such that it is ever present and assures that these realms do not experience the decay that leads to disintegration/death[3]. But this maturity can only be gained through recognizing the laws of Creation and learning to live by them.
Also, through “The Grail Message”, we now understand that the aim of all true Spiritual teachings, sent to mankind throughout the ages, has been to help man align his way of life with these laws of Creation, so that he can thereby gain the maturity that will automatically allow ascension into these higher realms. One who is able to enter these realms can expect, as long as it continues to align with the laws of Creation, to live eternally in joyful activity, which confers the bliss and happiness that we so desperately seek on Earth[4].. We learn too that, indeed, this condition of joyful blissful activity can be achieved even during our short sojourn here on Earth. But this can only happen when one fully aligns his way of being, thinking, and doing with the Creation laws, because the same requirement prevails in the higher realms.
The state of mankind today, as well throughout written history, gives unmistakable evidence that we have not understood and used these valuable resources as they were intended.
Hopefully, this brief expose has shed light on critical but fundamental concepts of Life, without the religious fervor or scientific rigidity that often accompanies discussions of these subjects.
Perhaps the objective thinker may now feel a greater urge to investigate “The Grail Message” - to explore further, for themselves, the Laws of Creation, the Power associated with them, how one consciously or unconscious connects with this Power, and how this affects his/her earthly, as well as Spiritual, destiny.
The expose also perhaps gives meaning to the common adage among the religious that “The wages of sin is death”. Translated into modern/scientific terms, Sin is nothing other than living in ways that violate the Spiritual laws of Creation, and Death is nothing other than being trapped in the cloak(s) and therefore having to undergo disintegration (Spiritual death), if the inner core is unable to rise above its habitat when this is going through its natural process of disintegration.
Perhaps, of immediate interest to those who have been struck by this article is that this is the month of May, meaning that the universal renewal of Power is about to, or is taking place, and how does one begin to prepare one’s self to consciously participate in this vital process.
