Are there correlations between today’s crises, and the signs of prophecy?

As anyone who is interested in prophecy knows, there are numerous signs that foretell the things that will happen at the End time. That is, when the Earth and its inhabitants will experience dramatic events that will result in the transformation of everything on Earth, including human beings and our societies.

Such prophecies include those by mystics such as Nostradamus, and revelation contained in the religious books of the ancient Mayan’s, Islam, Hinduism, etc.

But we shall refer here to two relevant prophecies from the Christian Bible.

The first is….

Isaiah, 8:10. Take counsel together, but it will come to nothing; speak a word, but it will not stand, for God is with us....

The interpretation as it relates to what we are seeing today is as follows:

Take counsel - That is, try to reach an agreement and it will come to nothing. Speak a word, and it will not stand, that is, no one will agree or believe because most can only see their own point of view…….

For GOD is with us. – This will be the sign that the re-establishment of the Kingdom of GOD is at hand here on Earth.

The other prophecy is,

Second Timothy 4:1. - I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick, and the dead, at his appearing....

The interpretation applied here is,

The quick are those who are knowing or awakening from Spiritual slumber. The dead are the indifferent, or those who are asleep to spiritual knowledge.

Today’s sudden and vigorous demands and agitations for self-expression can be interpreted as a sign that people are waking up to take charge of their own destinies, unlike in the past when the majority sluggishly followed the dogma handed down, as if asleep.

But any awakening must be followed by acquisition of spiritual knowledge, to join the ranks of the quick. Otherwise the awakening one runs the risk of remaining dead in spirit, like the rest who remained asleep.

Anyone who does not swing in the will of GOD, will according to this prophecy count among the dead, even if they believe otherwise.

We already see that many today no longer pay attention or have the desire to know the will of GOD.

The happenings today can be seen as clear signs of what this prophecy says will be the circumstances, before the re-establishment of the Kingdom of GOD here on Earth.

It is also necessary to understand the word, “Judge”, as it is used in these prophecies.

Judging, in prophecy is different from a person standing before a Judge, to receive their verdict. Rather, judging, is to be understood in the context of an assessment of that person’s life and inner attitudes. After which the laws of Creation will take automatic effect, based on the assessment.

The presence of The Judge only brings about an intensification of the light energy field, which forces everything that we carry within us to manifest. So it will become obvious for everyone to see for themselves as they and others truly are, in order to make amends, and change, before the automatic consequences, according to the laws of creation, take effect, and it becomes too late for the change.

Hence, judging, in prophecy means offering everyone the opportunity to change. It does not mean an immediate condemnation. But refusing to change will then bring forth its natural consequences for the individual.

Those whose lives are assessed to be, or have changed, to align with the laws of creation (that is the Will of GOD) will then be able to remain living in a Creation that will now be strictly upheld by swinging in the Will of GOD. Anything that is unable to swing in harmony with these laws will no longer be maintained in creation, and this includes any human being who has chosen not to swing in The Will.

Regardless of one’s reality or beliefs, one cannot but concede that the world is in a state of crisis that begs for urgent and lasting solutions, as opposed to the many interim solutions that we cobble together, but then soon collapse, only for the crisis to reappear in the same or another guise..

Prophecies about This Kingdom of GOD state categorically that everything, especially man’s wishes and activities, will have to change and swing only in accordance with the will of GOD. And only this can bring about the lasting change that many so ardently desire.

No doubt, this is a very foreign concept for mankind of today, where the majority see man as the apex of the food chain, with ultimate authority and freedom to determine his destiny and that of his surroundings. Even, many believers today view their deity as possessing an all pervading understanding of human ways, and ever ready to overlook or forgive our trespasses.

It is obvious that this common attitude or belief cannot be described in any terms other than the reign of Human-will. The same could also be said of the utopia that many nourish in thought, because, even there, man’s thinking and ways will be determined by human-will, even if creating a utopia.

However, human-will, no matter the nature of the outcome, can never be called GOD’s will.

Therefore, the prophecy of the Kingdom of GOD on earth, implies a lot more than just peaceful and comfortable living for all peoples on Earth.

It means the traditional concept of a Kingdom, i.e., one in which the will of the ruler is enforced, and reigns supreme.

Abdrushin, the author and bringer of The Grail Message (recorded in the book In The Light of Truth) writes extensively on the meaning and importance of this new Kingdom. He also helps the serious seeker to appreciate that the pathway to this Kingdom, and the way of living and leadership in this kingdom will be vastly different from our current way of thinking.

The excerpt below, drawn from an answer that Abdrushin gave in response to a question, sheds light, and gives a clear indication of the fundamental changes in thinking and attitude that these prophecies demand of mankind.

"It is wrong to say that many roads lead to the Light. Only a single one leads there, which lies in unconditional fulfilment of the Divine Will. There is no other. And since the Divine Will is quite definitely given, there are no compromises with the wishes of men either.

What is different for man is only the way in which he follows this one road, what he uses to help him in doing so, which depends on his developed

personal abilities. But these different ways of following it do not alter the road, much less its direction.

It is also wrong to maintain that the one who serves men thereby also serves God.

….. But on the other hand, the Called One who serves God always helps men at the same time. It goes without saying that this help cannot always coincide with men's wishes, because true help rarely lies in the fulfilment of wishes.

Those who serve men are naturally more acceptable to them, because they are more convenient for them. But they are by far the weaker ones.

Most of them will always become the victims of their followers."
