These days, there are So many visions of the future being promoted by Scientists, Economists, Futurists, Social Activists, Politicians, Established Religions and New age Philosophies
But Who does one believe?
The Truth is that we will listen to and believe who ever is promising that which we truly desire deep within you.
But in doing so, we have to mindful of who we choose to believe, especially when it comes to Spiritual answers or perspective on any matter.
.
Those who choose this path Should remember Jesus’ warning in Matthew 7:15 "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves."
So, Who is a prophet and what does it take to be one.
A prophet is some one who has been sent from the Light to show mankind the way to the “promised land” and can also lead the followers (flock) there.
A true prophet can be identified by the following traits:
•
1. ‐Their knowledge of the Laws operating in Creation, because only they will determine where we end up.
2 ‐ Their knowledge of the ultimate destination, as dictated by the laws of Creation, not as man thinks or wishes.
3 ‐ Their insistence that all activities must be driven by man’s desire to comply with the Will of The Creator.
4 ‐ Their acute and deep insight into the activities and manifestation of the laws of Creation
In other words, a true prophet is one who understands the spiritual underpinnings of problems, and that true lasting solutions must be driven by the Spirit.
Based on these attributes, we can see that proposing solutions to the End time challenges, which are devoid of Spiritual insights, even if based on science, or sociology, is equivalent to playing the role of a prophet as implied in Jesus’ warning.
Ignorance of the duties and responsibility of a true prophet makes all such False Prophets.
Therefore, Many false prophets abound today, even though they may not describe themselves as such.
The clear indicators of today’s false prophets include:
1 ‐ Placing all hopes on man's ability and little or not reference to The Creator in their offerings.
.
It is this emphasis on human self‐will that is contrary to the Will of the Creator that got us into the problems in the first place. Therefore any solution without reference the Will of The Creator is just continuation of the same only in a new guise. We may experience some temporary alleviation of the problem. But soon enough we encounter the same problems again and again. For example, all quarrels and wars stem from man's disregard of the Creator's injunction that We live as our brother's keeper.
Therefore, no new peace conference or revolution to change an existing political system will stop another war or future crisis because these are done without reference to The Creator's injunction.
2 ‐ Constant projection of themselves, seeking affirmation by inviting Likes & Followers
The hall mark of a true prophet is humble and self effacing service of
The Creator through the help that the prophet brings to mankind.
3 ‐ Some one who has a dogmatic demeanor or would not entertain any discussions or questions.
A dogmatic person has little respect for other people and is at heart egotistical, even if they feign false humility. These traits are definitely not in consonance with love for one's fellow man, which should be the driving motivation of a true prophet.
A true prophet recognizes their limitations and will never claim knowledge in areas that are not of their expertise. especially when it comes to putting in place the systems for implementing the Spiritually driven solution. Because after all. the Spiritually guided solutions ultimately have to be put into a practical form.
4 ‐ Some one who Make promises of salvation without stressing accountability for one's actions.
A true prophet is acutely aware of the law of Responsibility and would never contradict this in their teaching.
5 ‐ Ignore, condone or promote vices in the name of freedom, humanness or understanding.
A true prophet would never compromise on the Laws of Creation as the yard stick by which to live or assess our actions.
6 ‐ Teach or suggest that Man is divine or possesses divinity within.
Being a true servant of The Creator, a true prophet will see abhor the blasphemy in such assertion.
This last point may be very difficult for many in our egalitarian world to accept, sometimes even believers. But careful consideration will lead one to reject the thought of a human being possessing the potential to be divine i.e. same as the Almighty source of ALL Life.
It's almost as good as believing or claiming that a tiny 1.5 volt flash light battery, at the height of it's improvement, will suddenly acquire the power output and attributes of a mega‐voltage power station.
Finally, Jesus advised, in connection with prophecy, and much else, that we should seek and that we shall find, IF we seek correctly. This qualifier demands openness i.e. seek without pre‐conceived ideas or only for selfish reasons.
Help is always sent from The Light to mankind through messengers who can show the right path to salvation, but to those who are ready to listen and follow the instructions sent.
There are such true helpers on Earth today
